APS Teammates:

We have received inquiries about this annual event, so I want to provide you with guidelines.  Thursday, April 26 is Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. On this day, some parents bring their children to work to show them what it’s like to have a career and to encourage children to develop professional goals.

Students between the ages of 8 and 18 who choose to accompany their parents to work on this day will be excused from their classes. APS staff members who wish to bring their own children to work may do so if their supervisors give them permission and if the visit does not interrupt learning or class time.
