BASKETBALL: RANGEVIEW GRAD MARCUS HOLT VERBALLY COMMITS TO CSU FOR 2013

Rangeview High School graduate Marcus Holt is headed to Colorado State for the 2013 season, as he verbally committed to the Rams on Monday. The 6-foot-11, 200-pound standout post player, who helped the Raiders make it to the Great 8 of the Class 5A boys state basketball tournament in the 2010-11 season, agreed to an offer extended by the Fort Collins school on Friday. He made two visits to the school and he and Rangeview junior-to-be Jeremiah Paige shared the court with some current Colorado State players last week according to Rangeview head coach Shawn Palmer.
