Congratulations to the Vista PEAK Preparatory Future Business Leaders of America club for making their mark, yet again, at a recent Colorado FBLA District 10 Leadership Conference. The students went toe to toe with the best of the best from 14 high schools across the state and walked away with a record-setting 46 state-qualifying medals!

The students spent an entire day battling it out in over 60 academic events that covered technology, public speaking, finance, management and much more. Bravo to the students below who represented APS in such a phenomenal way.

Note: An asterisk next to a name indicates that the student won a medal in both events he or she competed in.

The 46 Bison are excited to compete in the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Vail, Colorado this spring. If their mobile apps, social media campaigns and speeches impress the judges once more, they may qualify for the National FBLA Leadership Conference in California!

Students’ involvement in FBLA provides them an upper hand in postsecondary and workforce readiness. Through various FBLA activities and competitions, students gain academic, leadership and community service skills that will help them shape successful futures.

We wish them all the best of luck in Vail!
