The first day of school at Dartmouth was a busy one. Between shuffling kids to and from classes and the bustle of the cafeteria, Principal Moran Stone says the 2018-19 school year is off to a great start.
Hundreds of community members, representing many businesses and organizations across Aurora, have been helping us greet students and offer them a warm welcome. We thank all of our volunteers for taking time out of their busy days to connect with our students in this way. This is a great example of our APS 2020: Shaping the Future strategic plan belief that our community shares the responsibility for student achievement.
We would like to welcome more than 40,000 students back to school and look forward to yet another wonderful year of accelerating learning for every APS student, every day.
