Aurora Public Schools bids a heartfelt farewell to the more than 90 employees retiring this school year. Together, they have dedicated over 1,850 years of service to our students, staff, parents and community members.
"I have loved working in APS the last 29 years, especially at Hinkley High School since I graduated from Hinkley in 1982," said APS retiree Amy Nichols. "Our community has amazing students and it has been a privilege to serve them and help them become more successful in mathematics."
As a district, we believe student achievement and growth are driven by a highly-effective and respected staff working as a team. We are grateful for our retirees, and wish them all the best as they begin this new and exciting chapter of life!
