REMINDER: Please Take Blueprint APS Repurposing Survey by Nov. 30

Aurora Public Schools Community,

We want to hear from you as we identify repurposing uses for: Paris and Sable elementary schools in Region 1 of Blueprint APS. As we shared with you last month, we have started a new phase of community engagement and we would like your input.

Please take the Blueprint APS Repurposing Survey
We would like to remind you to complete the Blueprint APS Repurposing Survey online before it closes on Wednesday, November 30. Please share this survey with students, staff, parents, guardians and community members and encourage them to provide their input as well. Information gathered from this survey will also be used to inform the district’s request for and evaluation of proposals received for building reuse.

Lastly, we will be sending out a Request for Proposals (RFP) for building repurpose proposals on December 5, 2022. The deadline for submissions is February 10, 2023. More information about the RFP process is available on the Blueprint APS website. If you have any questions regarding the Repurposing Process or need additional information, send your questions and requests via email to repurposing@aurorak12.org.  

Please be assured that we will continue to provide updates and information throughout the repurposing process. We thank you for your continued partnership and support.


We have completed our information sessions and input sessions. You can read through and watch the information that was presented in this video. These sessions allowed for community input regarding reuse possibilities and desired community benefits. These input sessions were facilitated by Keystone Policy Center. Input gathered from these sessions and the survey will be shared on the Blueprint APS website and will be used to inform the district’s request for and evaluation of proposals received for building reuse.
