APS has contracted with All Copy Products for Konica Minolta copiers / MFP's through 25-26. All devices have the ability to copy, scan to email, print and fax

Recycling: Send back to the APS Warehouse - make sure to mark your package "Recycle".
Billing: Each month, All Copy Products will send a master copier invoice spreadsheet to APS with subtotals by site. The monthly invoice can be downloaded from this shared Google Drive to attach in Oracle when you reconcile your charges each month. Before you attach the invoice spreadsheet, please highlight the invoice lines that relate to your specific site. This will help the Internal Audit team, or anyone looking at the expense, understand which invoice lines are related to the expense in Oracle. If you have any questions about your copier invoices, please contact Laura Gott in Purchasing.
Adding "konicaprinters" to Your Profile
- In the search window at the bottom left of your computer,
- type \\papercut05 and press enter.
- A long list of printers will pop up.
- Scroll down to the bottom and find "konicaprinters"
- Double click "konicaprinters" and it will be added to your profile.
