Post-Award Services
- Once a grant is awarded, we help ensure that any contracts are in place and in compliance with our district policy, and the appropriate account is set up for the management of the funds.
- We meet with program staff at schools and departments regularly, monitor the budget and verify the allowability of expenditures, and make sure all the reporting deadlines are met and that we are in compliance with the requirements of the grant and the district policy.
- Work closely with divisions, departments and program staff to maximize grant monies to ensure the overall goals and the objectives of the grant are reached.
