Forms 101 Asynchronous Video and Materials
Google Forms are a data collection tool within the G-Suite that can be used for a variety of applications including quizzes, MTSS forms, parent surveys, etc. Essentially the form is a collection of customizable questions that are easy to send out via Gmail or as links in Google Docs or Google Classroom, and the data analyzed in pre-formatted reports or an attached Google Sheet.
Feel free to engage in the course video and slides. Ignore the Pear Deck code, it isn't needed nor valid in these materials. There is no underlying class for submission of forms.
