Immunization Requirements
Students are required to have the following immunizations. Students who are not compliant with these immunizations will need to have a plan for completion in place or they will be denied attendance according to Colorado Revised Statutes 25-4-902.
Contact your family physician for immunizations your child may need. If you do not have a physician, you can call the Adams County Health Department at 303-220-9200 or the Arapahoe County Public Health Department, 303-795-4584 to learn where to obtain the required immunizations at low cost. ALWAYS bring a shot record to the immunization clinic.
