The mission of the office of student records is to provide services to the public, such as advising families and realtors of attendance boundaries, issuing age certificates for students seeking employment, verifying graduation and attendance dates, providing students with their academic records, providing notary service for school-related purposes, and maintaining the database for home-schooled children.

Additionally, the student records staff is responsible for checking and archiving all permanent records, as well as, suspensions, expulsions, and home-school paperwork.

PLEASE NOTE: Centralized Admissions and Student Records will open doors late to families on Wednesday, Feb. 7. We will open doors from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 7.

The Student Records Office is located at 1085 Peoria St., Aurora, CO 80011 in the southwest corner of 11th Ave. and Peoria St.

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
