The 2023-24 school year is off to a great start! We welcomed 1st-12th-grade students back to school on Aug. 8 and look forward to seeing our preschool and kindergarten students on Aug. 14. We are excited to partner with the entire Aurora Public Schools community to help every student power their potential.
Before the official start of school, thousands of students, families, staff and community members took over the Town Center at Aurora to celebrate our 15th annual Back-To-School Kickoff. School staff greeted our students with free backpacks and school supplies. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from the free food to entertainment and the opportunity to learn about helpful community resources. We thank all of the generous donors and volunteers who went the extra mile to ensure our kickoff was a success.
